Born and bred in the Ulverston area and now living in Swarthmoor, with her husband Danny and 2 children Lauren and Josh, Bev has worked as Office Manager for the family business for just over a year now. She thoroughly enjoys working from home using her interpersonal and communication skills to contribute to the successful running of TopGear.
Bev studied Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management at polytechnic and had an early career with Danny in the pub management trade before returning to the area and working for 12 years at Clarence House Hotel in Dalton as a receptionist.
After deciding the hotel trade and family life were difficult to combine she decided to career change to help Danny and support the flourishing family business.
In her spare (whats that?) time she enjoys being ‘Snowy Owl’
for
her local brownie pack, helping in her son’s local infant
school and socialising with family and friends.
Along with Dan, Bev is a big music fan
and
grabs any opportunity she can to
get to see her favourite bands.
